Woke up early today.. but not as early as I supposed to. I'm having a site survey for my Design Project 02 - CAR CLINIC and my group and I (consists of 10 whacked panda eyed comrades) was supposed to be meeting at Mawar Hostel at 9am. Yeah.. janji melayu. Cakap pkul 9 tapi last-last pkul 10 gak sampai. That was all taken into account already. Huhuu.. And heck, I woke up at 8.45am, went for shower, turned-on the comp (I got WiFi connection at my hostel already, finally) and installed YM and MSN Messenger which I downloaded earlier that morning. Ariz insist on following me for our site visit today, so, well.. rezeki jgn ditolak? Iyo tak? XD He can help by being the one to drive around. I know he likes to drive the car. Yahahahaha!!

We went put of Mawar Hostel around 10.30am. Salam, Amir, and Anis followed in my car while Tini, Tina, Aainaa, and Hamid took Dannie's car. Adam was late. He's still in Damansara. He got MC for a day coz he hurt his leg. His leg was swollen due to an unknown factor. Even the doc can't determine the cause. =3= Aaaanyways... after going out from the campus area, we went for breakfast at Hakim 'baru' in Sect07 and I don't know how and when, but it seems that the whole team has decided to choose Hakim as our proposed site. O__O;; ooookaayyy.... that was fast! Last semester I was in Fuad's group and it took us THE WHOLE DAY to choose a site. =3= Orang tua can't pick up his mind. But, owh well, at least our presentation last semester went well! b(^_^) Great job guys!!

We measured the whole corner lot behind Hakim, since Hakim was packed with people and the lot behind it was currently close. The funny thing was, Amir's measuring tape which was made using some sort of metal and it's definitely old. Corrossion here and there and the numbers weren't really visible... Anyway, the tape broke while we were measuring the length of the main road. Two or tree cars went on the tape and then.. Ka-ChakkK Kaaa-Chakk Chakkk!! It broke into pieces!! T_____T damn.. now how are we going to proceed measuring the site without a proper measuring tape. >o<

By hook or by crook, we gotta get a new measuring tape. So Ariz, Salam and I went to look for a hardware store and get a new tape. Salam gole bawak orang tawaf satu lot seksyen 07 tu carik kedai hardware, padahal kedai hardware tu takde la jauh mane dari site kitorang. Cehh... So we found this Winsir 30m/100ft plastic measuring tape. It costs RM21.50.. around that... Salam bargained it and we got it for RM20. o__o;; Salam's really good in talking with confidence about bargaining. XD So he took the tape to the cashier, and I drew an RM50 note to pay for the tape...

here's the ironic part..

The owner of the shop (which Salam asked for the bargain) was staring cynically and dengan pandangan yang amat keji kat kitorang sume sambil cakap.. "Hohohooo!! Kenapa ye, kalau keluar pi memana pun, mesti pompuan yang bawak kuar duit nak bayar. Ape laki ni dah takdek duit ke??" XD Well, he does not say it exactly like that but with the same possible meaning. And then Salam and Ariz backed themself up.. "Takde bang, kitorang ni bebudak laki susah nak mintak duit kat mak bapak. Budak pompuan sonang aje.. mintak kat abah terus dapat. kalo kitorang ni susah sebab mak bapak takut membazir." Hahah.. yeah.. right...

come to think of it. It's true. Male students tend to have less cash compare to female students.. Hmm...?? Do u guys have the same problem at your school as well?
